Sounds like the same level of detail they wanted for my "career growth objectives" at my former company. Someday I, too, will be able to predict my upcoming schedule down to the minute. Until then, I reserve the right to hate career growth objectives, or any forced objectives, for that matter. Guess I won't be president any time soon.
I've long wondered why interviews ask "Where do you see yourself in five years?" If you say something to the effect of "elsewhere" they don't want you -- yet that's exactly where you're going to be even if you say something fluffy like "managing a team here".
